What's your New Year's resolution, errantbehavior?

I'm sure a great many of us FastDay Friends have resolved to continue losing (or maintaining!) weight in 2015. I for one intend to shift the weight I regained after my illness. I hope by next Christmas to be back at goal and maintaining. Thank goodness I know fasting really works, even if it's not always as quick as we'd like it to be... slow and steady wins the race!

We've got exciting news for new fasters & re-starters!

You may recall we trialled an online fasting program last year. It was a resounding success and we're really grateful to everyone who took part, the fantastic feedback was invaluable.

I'm delighted to announce that we're now ready to officially launch the "FastStart Program" in association with Ways of Eating, a 6 week online course in 5:2 intermittent fasting - made by experienced fasters to help get you on the right track.
Struggled to commit to fasting when going it alone?

Maybe you know someone who feels like this and could use a helping hand to start fasting? Find out more.

Program Starts: 15th January 2014
Cost: £40
Limited to 50 places

Online meetings will be held at 7pm GMT
(It is not essential you attend the meetings to complete the program)

Curried Leek & Apple Soup

100 calories per serving

A comforting low calorie soup from Lavendar & Lovage that will be enjoyed by all the family, this soup is wonderful with or without bread and is a tasty and very low 100 calories a bowl (the recipe makes 4 bowls).
