Exciting changes to the FastDay Forum - coming soon!

Moogie here, the forum admin from the FastDay Forum (formerly The 5:2 Fast Diet Forum). I hope you don't mind me emailing, but there are some exciting changes coming soon at the forum and I wanted to let you know.
If you've been to the forum in the last few months you have probably noticed the message at the top of the screen about our planned change of name to FastDay. Well, the wait is finally over and in the very near future we'll be launching our new improved FastDay site full of great new content including fasting information, sciencey stuff, recipes and more! The forum itself is getting a whole new look to go with our rebrand and the new site.
You won't need to re-register on the new site and none of your details will be lost as we've ported everything over and are in the final testing stages as I type. There's no need to worry either as we haven't changed the forum software, so you won't need to learn how to use a new system - the forum is just getting a fresh new look, just as many of we fasters have! The only thing we need you to do in order to continue using your account is to change your password, which only takes a moment. This is to help us sync up the membership details with the new FastDay site.
The whole FastDay team is really excited about the new site launch and we hope you are too!
