Season's Greetings, errantbehavior!

Welcome to the final FastDay Friends newsletter for 2015! We'll be taking a little break over the holidays but will return with more great content in the New Year. Of course, if you're in need of a FastDay fix, the FastDay forum will be open as always and full of fasting friends to support, encourage and entertain you!

We hope you're all pleased with the progress you've made this year, whether you've just started, are a maintainer or are trying to lose. If you're having trouble staying on the wagon, don't forget we've got a great one-to-one coached fasting program through Ways of Eating if you need some extra, personal support.

We wish you a wonderful holiday season - it only comes once a year, so relax and enjoy the festivities!

Did you know...?

We are bombarded with dietary advice from all directions. At FastDay we don't tell you what to eat, instead we try to explain some nutritional principles so you can eat mindfully.

What's the buzz?

Caroline and I have been working with Ways of Eating to perfect our online course in intermittent fasting.

Our new App has also just launched for iOS and Android devices, so you can sign up and get started right away with your very own coach.

"A combination of ceasing to have my teenage metabolism alongside not being force to exercise (and discovering beer!) meant I've been some form of overweight all my adult life.  But as I got older the weight just crept on and on as the years went by.  By the time I started, I had a BMI of nearly 35 and a pelvis that just couldn't support me anymore..."

Turkey Red Flannel Hash with Beans

260 calories per serving

I don't know about you but over the holidays I often don't feel like having a big meal or spending a lot of time cooking, especially in the days immediately after a big Christmas Day dinner...

This is a fabulous way to use up leftover turkey and a very filling meal that is perfect for a fast day or to finish an indulgent day of festivities with a low calorie meal.
