| | | | Love is in the air, errantbehavior! Well yes, we all know yesterday was Valentine's Day, but love isn't something we should feel for just one day of the year. I don't know about you, but every day I am reminded of how much I love intermittent fasting! Just the other day a friend came to visit me - she is a member of a well known slimming club (I don't know why she won't try 5:2) - and she mentioned she was worried about going out to dinner for Valentine's Day, which would 'ruin' her diet. Oh how I love 5:2! I'm not at all worried about what I ate out at dinner last night, because I now understand so much more about my body and nutrition than I did in my many years of previous diets. One day does not 'ruin' anything when you follow a Way of Eating! I hope you feel the same, and if not, why not read a bit more of the great science content at the FastDay site, all written in a way which can be easily understood :) | | Karen wanted to lose weight for her wedding - 5:2 was the answer! | | "I met my Husband 4 years ago and ours is the usual story full of contentment, fancy dinners, takeaways and wine. Not to mention that he's a very good cook so I felt obliged to sample everything..."
